Vows in Armor
Art Commission
I was commissioned to design and paint a wedding gift for a couple whose biggest shared passion is cosplay. I researched their favorite characters and illustrated them wearing the costumes they love most.
The frame is a real vintage piece, sourced secondhand. I used a dark red felt backing to give the work more depth. The painting itself is acrylic on board, finished with a semi-gloss varnish to give it the feel of an older piece.
